With over 20 years of corporate experience, she has served in a variety of operations director roles and drove leadership team effectiveness as a Workforce Effectiveness Consultant. Suzanne incorporated people-focused communication and change management strategies into her work to build adoption and compliance of operational process improvements resulting in reduced cost and cycle time and improved accuracy and asset retention rates.
As a Workforce Effectiveness Consultant, Suzanne provided leadership coaching, and assessments, and facilitated senior leader workshops from top industry experts such as FranklinCovey, Blanchard, and InsideOut Coaching. Continuing to prioritize the people, Suzanne designed and implemented a corporate onboarding program for leaders and employees which enabled new hires to add value more quickly, inspired higher engagement, and increased retention.
Suzanne owns and operates Lead On of the Fox Valley LLC – a consulting practice through which she provides assessments, coaching, consulting, facilitation, and training. She partners with Human Resources and operations professionals from various Fortune 500 companies, large-scale insurance firms, and universities to offer development and process improvement opportunities to leaders and their teams. Armed with an education degree from Concordia University in Chicago, she holds a Greenbelt in Lean Manufacturing Principles, is a certified Hogan Leadership Assessment Coach and is also certified in Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®), Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®), and DiSC assessments.
