We seek to educate the whole person. That includes examining what it means to conduct business in ways that are true to your values. We take this aspect of professional development seriously; in fact, we’re the only MBA degree program in the area that requires a course in business ethics. Through our curriculum, you’ll be empowered to be a principled leader.
We all have lives to lead. Understanding that, we’ve made the Schneider MBA program self-paced: You can complete it in as few as two years, or take longer as your work/life balance mandates. What’s more, virtually all classes are held in the evening, to be compatible with your work schedule. You’ll like the “logistics” of the program!
Our tuition is among the lowest of any local MBA program. The cost per credit for a Schneider MBA is less than the cost per credit for a St. Norbert undergraduate degree. Your current employer may be among the many in the region who will reimburse you for tuition costs. And finally, since our program flexibility means you can pursue your degree while you’re fully employed, your own family finances could support your tuition.
Our program is strictly an on-campus one. The most obvious benefit is that you’ll enjoy direct, face-to-face classroom contact with your professors and peers. But there are other benefits, most notably this: While you’re a student, we’ll open our St. Norbert College facilities to you for your enjoyment and convenience. You’ll have access to the Mulva Family Fitness & Sports Center, with its outstanding workout facilities and competition swimming pool; the state-of-the-art Mulva Library, with its ample study spaces; and our Michels Commons dining facility, now ranked in the top 10 of all college dining programs nationwide.
