How we'll prepare you for success

High-impact learning

Your MBA experience will feature close collaboration with an outstanding faculty fully committed to your success. In small classes centered around problem-based learning, they’ll give you an exceptional foundation of business knowledge in your MBA studies. You’re not just a face in a giant lecture hall here; you’re a partner with your professors.

The insights you’ll gain will have real-world applicability and long-term value; they’ll help you impact your organization now, and shape its future.

A network to anchor your career growth

You’ll experience networking in our on-campus MBA program that you simply can’t duplicate in an online program – or virtually any in-person program, for that matter. The people you’ll learn from are dialed in to the regional economy like few other educators. The people you’ll learn with are, like you, the emerging leaders of northeast Wisconsin’s economy. And the people we regularly invite to share their insights with you are some of today’s most impactful and influential business figures. The interconnectedness you’ll experience at St. Norbert College as part of this graduate program will serve you well wherever life takes you.

A focus on values

We seek to educate the whole person. That includes examining what it means to conduct business in ways that are true to your values. We take this aspect of professional development seriously; in fact, we’re the only MBA degree program in the area that requires a course in business ethics. Through our curriculum, you’ll be empowered to be a principled leader.

Flexibility

We all have lives to lead. Understanding that, we’ve made the Schneider MBA program self-paced: You can complete it in as few as two years, or take longer as your work/life balance mandates. What’s more, virtually all classes are held in the evening, to be compatible with your work schedule. You’ll like the “logistics” of the program!

Affordability

Our tuition is among the lowest of any local MBA program. The cost per credit for a Schneider MBA is less than the cost per credit for a St. Norbert undergraduate degree. Your current employer may be among the many in the region who will reimburse you for tuition costs. And finally, since our program flexibility means you can pursue your degree while you’re fully employed, your own family finances could support your tuition.

Perks

Our program is strictly an on-campus one. The most obvious benefit is that you’ll enjoy direct, face-to-face classroom contact with your professors and peers. But there are other benefits, most notably this: While you’re a student, we’ll open our St. Norbert College facilities to you for your enjoyment and convenience. You’ll have access to the Mulva Family Fitness & Sports Center, with its outstanding workout facilities and competition swimming pool; the state-of-the-art Mulva Library, with its ample study spaces; and our Michels Commons dining facility, now ranked in the top 10 of all college dining programs nationwide.
