Center for Exceptional Leadership program calendar
The Center for Exceptional Leadership (CEL) provides opportunities for participants who have completed the Individual Assessment Program to begin the four-day Cohort Immersion Program.
Cohort-based leadership is offered on three tracks:
- Executive Leaders: C-suite, presidents, vice presidents and senior directors
- Senior Leaders: executive-level managers and directors being prepared to join senior leadership
- Foundational Leaders: those new to leadership positions
