Rob Hathaway is an HR leader with hands-on experience, from strategic design through delivery of business-oriented solutions proven to drive growth. Rob brings over 30 years of leadership experience from multiple industries. He joined Schreiber Foods’ partner development in 2014, focusing on talent development, succession planning, performance management, strategic planning, engagement, and organizational and team effectiveness. Previously, Rob worked as a human resource business partner at AIG, where he supported AIG’s rebuilding and HR transformation.
Preceding his time at AIG, he provided strategic customer education at General Electric’s Executive Development Center at Crotonville, N.Y. Rob came to GE from Pfizer Inc., where he worked in a variety of roles including sales, human resources and worldwide talent and leadership development. Rob’s career began in the U.S. Army, where his service culminated as the leadership, values and ethics instructor for the Army Medical Department. Rob leverages an array of assessments to help drive growth including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Extended DISC, EQ-I 2.0 and EQ360, Leadership Styles & Climate (Hay Group), Hogan - Leadership Forecast Series and the CEL 360. His certifications include Courageous Conversations, Situational Leadership II, Bridges Transitions (Linkage), Leadership Architect (Lominger Competencies), and GE’s Workout and Change Acceleration Process (CAP).
Rob received a master’s degree in human resource development from Webster University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Arizona State University. He is an HCI Leadership Development & Succession Strategist and has studied adaptive leadership at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
Rob and his wife, Kim, currently live in Green Bay, Wis., enjoying their three adult children, Rachel, Noah and Benjamin.
