Kathleen M. Franklin

Kathleen Franklin has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare field, first as a clinician, then shifting to education and organizational development. Retired for 10 years, she continues to consult in leadership development and group facilitation, primarily with nonprofit organizations. She has worked with all levels of leadership. She has been engaged with the Center for Exceptional Leadership since its beginning as a coach and facilitator.
