Kathleen Franklin has over 40 years of experience in the health care field, first as a clinician, then shifting to education and organizational development. Retired for seven years, she continues to consult in leadership development and group facilitation, primarily with nonprofit organizations. She has worked with all levels of leadership.

She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing, a master’s in nursing administration and a doctorate in higher education leadership. She is certified in MBTI, Hogan Assessments and Lominger (Korn Ferry) Competencies.

Kathy is married, with three children and two delightful grandchildren. She enjoys travel, hiking, kayaking and reading.
