About Jeff Nally

Jeff Nally is an executive coach, coaching supervisor, professional speaker and author, creating no-nonsense neuroscience solutions with leaders to be more human at work. Jeff is the president of Nally Group Inc., a practice focused on the science of leadership and human interaction. He is an executive coach, assessment coach and workshop program speaker at the Center for Exceptional Leadership.

Jeff has 27 years of professional experience in human resources, executive coaching and leadership development. He created and led the executive coaching practice at Humana, where he coached more than 500 senior leaders and established Humana’s Women in Leadership group coaching program for the top 120 women in the company. He also led human resources at manufacturing companies in the aluminum and air filter industries, and was the executive director at two nonprofit organizations focused on the homeless and on-to-college rates.

Jeff is co-author of Rethinking Human Resources (Silver Tree Communications, 2015) and Humans@Work (Silver Tree Communications, 2017) with other HR and coaching thought leaders. He earned a B.A. in psychology from Georgetown College and an MBA from Georgia State University.

As vice president of the Global Coach Community at CoachSource, Jeff develops and engages more than 1,100 external coaches as they are connected to executive coaching engagements in corporations around the world.

Additionally, Jeff is a professional certified coach through the International Coach Federation and a results professional certified coach through the NeuroLeadership Group. He graduated with distinction with a certificate in the foundations of neuroleadership from the Neuroleadership Institute. He also earned a coaching supervision certification and leads professional development for experienced coaches.

With no shortage of accolades to his name, Jeff earned the SHRM-SCP credential from the Society for Human Resource Management and the SPHR credential from the Human Resources Certification Institute. He also is a professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and former president of the NSA Kentucky Chapter.

Jeff volunteers as a board member at the Society for Human Resource Management Foundation. He is a former board member at Metro United Way, the ICF Ohio Valley Charter Chapter, Spalding University’s School of Business and Stand Beside Them, Inc., where he continues to volunteer and coach military veterans.

Jeff was named one of the top “Twenty People to Know in Human Resources” by Business First of Louisville.
