Cristi is the learning and talent specialist for U.S. Venture Inc., where she designs and facilitates leadership programs teaching management and soft skills, curates learning opportunities based on business needs and works with team members on developing themselves and their careers.
Cristi previously worked in higher education, most recently in the office of leadership and student engagement at St. Norbert College. She has a master’s degree in student development in postsecondary education from the University of Iowa and has a passion for helping others grow personally and professionally. She is certified in the Hogan Assessment Suite, as well as the CEL 360.
Outside of work, Cristi is on the boards of the U.S. Venture/Schmidt Family Foundation, Pulse (Appleton’s young professionals network), and the northeast Wisconsin chapter of the Association for Talent Development, where she serves as the vice president of programming.
She enjoys yoga, baking, listening to podcasts and spending time with her two cats, Dude and Butters.
