In her many executive positions, Bernice earned a reputation for her ability to bring divergent teams together while driving organizational change and improving processes.
Throughout her career, she actively served as an internal coach for high potential managers. Having lived and worked in 6 countries across 3 continents, she has helped accelerate the growth of dozens of high performing individuals in culturally diverse settings.
Bernice is an accredited member of ICF (International Coach Federation). She is also a certified Prosci Change Management practitioner.
