Financial Aid

Financing your graduate degree is an investment in your future, and the financial aid office can help you through the process. For more information on financial assistance while attending St. Norbert College as part of the MBA program, visit the financial aid website.

Graduate students who’ve been admitted into the MBA program and are enrolled at least half time (three credits) are encouraged to file a FAFSA in order to be eligible to receive financial assistance through Federal Direct Loans and Federal Perkins Loans. For more information on graduate-student loans, contact the financial aid office.

Employer Tuition Reimbursement
Your employer may offer tuition reimbursement as an incentive to enroll in a graduate – degree program and expand upon your skill set. Before applying, it may be wise to discuss this with your employer and discover whether the MBA program meets certain requirements for your workplace’s tuition-reimbursement policy.

Veteran Benefits
The Schneider School MBA program welcomes veterans and military-affiliated personnel. To discuss your personal eligibility circumstances as a graduate student, contact the registrar’s office.

Payment Information
Information on payment options may be obtained by contacting the bursar office. All past-due amounts are subject to a late-payment fee of 1  percent per month (12 percent annually). Students will not be issued official grade transcripts or be permitted to register for succeeding semesters until all tuition and fees have been paid in full. Diplomas will not be issued unless all fees have been paid in full and exit requirements (Stafford and Perkins Loan recipients) have been met.

Graduate Tuition Refund and Withdrawal Policies
St. Norbert College will refund graduate-student fees (except those indicated as nonrefundable) according to the refund policy schedule set for each course. Mere cessation of attendance does not constitute withdrawal. Notification of withdrawal and written request for refund must be addressed to Lisa Gray, Coordinator of the MBA program. Refund guidelines can be found by contacting the bursar office.
