Ho-Ching (Angela) Mak is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Donald J. Schneider School of Business & Economics. She teaches courses in microeconomics, macroeconomics, health economics and advanced statistics for business and economics.
Mak's research focuses on applied microeconomics, with a particular interest in health economics and childhood development. Her recent work studies the effect of school starting age on childhood obesity in Australia. She has also done research on the impact of parental time investment on habit formation in children.
