Shane Wheeler is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant whose experience includes business consulting for closely held businesses and individuals, flow-through entity taxation, succession planning and transactional planning.
Shane is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Wisconsin Institute of Public Accountants. He is also a board member at Curative Connections in Green Bay.
Shane’s research interests include incentive-based tax programs and federal taxation in general. Shane has a great deal of experience in the Opportunity Zone incentive program and will continue his studies in this area, as well as other incentive-based tax programs.
