Onwuham Akpa is a Norbertine priest of St. Norbert Abbey. He earned his undergraduate and undergraduate degrees in public administration from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu, Nigeria, and his Ph.D. in economics with concentration in neuroeconomics from Claremont Graduate University. Prior to coming to St. Norbert Abbey, Onwu spent over 14 years in pastoral ministry in the Catholic Diocese of Jackson, Miss.
Onwu’s research interests focus on the neural substrates or triggers of dysfunctional behavior.
