Currently, Joe serves as an HR leader at Tweet/Garot Mechanical, a leading mechanical contractor specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of HVAC, plumbing, and industrial systems across various industries, 900+ employees strong.
Joe is teaching Introduction to Human Resources Management, where he brings his passion for HR into the classroom. His approach focuses on introducing students to key HR programs and offering valuable insights into what it’s like to work with HR professionals.
