Jamie Lynch is associate professor of sociology. He is also the executive director of the Strategic Research Institute at the Schneider School of Business and adjunct professor of medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Green Bay.

Through his work at the Strategic Research Institute, he has conducted empirical studies on employee satisfaction and engagement, consumer preferences, public perception of policing, heroin and opioid recovery program effectiveness, community health disparities and occupational burnout. He routinely collaborates with companies, nonprofit organizations and governments to develop policy recommendations and action steps.
