Nonprofit leaders: A unique collaborative opportunity for you

In the Schneider School’s growing Nonprofit Leadership Forum (NLF), senior leaders have the unique opportunity to meet regularly in small cohorts made up of peers and facilitators to address topics that commonly affect nonprofit organizations.

Through collaboration and shared knowledge, this forum can help you strengthen your nonprofit’s position, learn about best practices, seize opportunities and manage obstacles along the way.

Some topics of exploration through the NLF include:

  • Vision and strategic thinking
  • Coaching and developing others
  • Creating accountability
  • Organizational development
  • Building collaborative relationships

How it works

  • There are nine annual cohort meetings with member-driven agendas facilitated by the CEL’s leadership development experts.
  • The annual membership cost is $695 per participant. This includes meetings and facilitation as well as refreshments, meeting materials and a special professional development day each fall for participants and members of their leadership team.
  • Two cohorts are launched in January for new members.
