About Lee Bouche

Lee Bouche is the founder and past owner of Employee Resource Center, Inc. (ERC), a business dedicated to enhancing the lives of employees and maximizing the performance of organizations through the implementation of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and providing organizational and leadership development programs.

After 22 years of ownership, Lee sold ERC in 2014, and in 2016, following transitioning the business ownership, created Lee Bouche Consulting, LLC. In addition to being a leadership consultant for his own firm, Lee serves as an adjunct instructor within Northeast Wisconsin Technical College's corporate training division.

Lee brings a unique blend of being a successful small business owner, a counselor, an accomplished leadership trainer and a leadership coach. He uses his diverse skills to help other individuals and organizations be the best they can be.

Prior to founding ERC, Lee worked as a social worker, a counselor and EAP director, and as a vice president of business development. Lee is very involved in the community. He has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in organizational leadership.
