Individual leadership assessment

The foundational piece of every CEL leadership program, individual leadership assessment also can be conducted as a standalone exercise. Working with one of our executive coaches, participants identify their current strengths, their triggers and their derailers. The coach helps interpret the assessment results; then, working with the participant and his/her direct leader, they jointly create an Individual Development Plan (IDP) to serve as the framework for personal and professional growth.
