Sabrina Robins, Ph.D.

Sabrina Robins, Ph.D., director of operations at Manpower Group Inc., is a workforce solution, contingent workforce management, diversity and labor trends expert. Robins has 24 years of experience in research, project and program management. In her current role, Robins manages several MSP teams that provide best practices, program management, vendor management, thought leadership and other human capital management strategies for clients across the United States in several labor categories. Robins’ business acumen and knowledge as an expert has helped clients achieve best in class status for program effectiveness.

In addition to her current role, Robins is an active member of Manpower Group’s Supplier diversity executive advisory committee as a business unit champion and corporate representative for the industry. In this capacity, Robins serves as a mentor and helps to identify business opportunities for diversity and inclusion owned firms. She is highly regarded for her approach, leadership and results with supplier diversity. Prior to joining Manpower Group, Robins’ professional background included program evaluation, consumer research, procurement, quality control, program management and contractor management within the following sectors: higher education, government, non-profit and corporate. Within each of these areas, Robins held various positions with increasing responsibility.

Robins is the winner of the Jane La Chapelle McCarty Unity in Diversity MLK Award as recognition for championing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the Fox Cities. She received national recognition, 2015 Leadership Award of Merit by the American Association for State and Local History for her contribution in the development of a pop up museum, A Stone of Hope: Black Experiences in the Fox Cities. Also in 2015, Robins was named as one of the 28 most Influential African- Americans in Wisconsin by Madison365, a non-profit news outlet. Most recently, she won an industry award, “Circle of Excellence Award,” in recognition of her support and development of certified diversity and inclusion businesses.

She earned her Ph.D. in political science with special emphasis on applied statistics.
