Kathy Franklin, Ed.D.

Center for Exceptional Leadership Coach and Facilitator

Kathy Franklin has more than 40 years of experience in the healthcare field, first as a clinician, then shifting to education and organizational development. Retired for four years, she continues to consult in leadership development and group facilitation, primarily with nonprofit organizations. She has worked with all levels of leadership and healthcare workers, including physicians.

She has a bachelor's degree in nursing, a masters in nursing administration and a doctorate in higher education leadership. She is certified in MBTI, HOGAN Leadership, and CEL.360 assessments, Lominger (Korn Ferry) Competencies, and is a certified Center for Exceptional Leadership coach.

Franklin is married, with three children and two delightful grandchildren. She enjoys travel, hiking, kayaking and reading.
