Grant Rozeboom, Ph.D.

Center for Exceptional Leadership Facilitator

Grant J. Rozeboom, Ph.D., is a business ethicist and assistant professor at St. Norbert College. He received his Ph.D. in philosophy from Stanford University, where he taught courses in ethics, moral psychology and the history of philosophy.

Rozeboom's research currently focuses on how social institutions, including workplaces, can incorporate practices of mutual respect in order to mitigate our natural tendency to be anxious about the opinion of others. He is exploring how Jean-Jacques Rousseau's views about these matters can shed light on such questions as how to structure hierarchical institutions and what kinds of social equality matter.
