Brian M. Rollefson

Center for Exceptional Leadership Facilitator

Brian M. Rollefson, senior manager of employee training for Oshkosh Defense is an employee training, talent and development professional. Rollefson has 18 years of experience in leading team-based operations in time sensitive and high stakes situations in the private sector as well as the military. In his current role, Rollefson leads the training efforts for the Defense Segment of Oshkosh Corporation. He oversees technical and soft skills training development and delivery. Rollefson also manages several strategic initiatives for Oshkosh Defense which include frontline leadership and development, line-side training and enabling a people-first culture.  

Previous to his current role, Rollefson served for 21-years active duty in the United States Air Force. His last assignment within the United States Air Force was the commandant or director of a fully accredited leadership school. In his current role, Rollefson has been facilitating two courses from VitalSmarts and he has been facilitating Crucial Conversations and Influencer for going on two-years.

Rollefson earned his bachelor’s degree in logistics management and his master’s degree in human resources from Trident University. Both degrees were achieved during active duty in the Air Force, at times while serving on deployment in a combat zone. Brian also has acquired three A.A.S degrees in transportation, human resources and instructor of technology.
