Angela Marshalek

Center for Exceptional Leadership Coach

Angela Marshalek has a 20-year history of developing and transforming emerging and C-suite leaders in northern Wisconsin. Today, Angela is the director of services for the Center for Exceptional Leadership, an extension of the Schneider School of Business & Economics at St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wis. Through the CEL, Angela has helped more than 40 area executives excel their internal leadership capacity. Angela is the author of the center’s Emerging & Senior Leadership program and has helped to direct and operationalize 12 months of leadership content in the center’s Cohort Development program. Angela states, “My vision for northern Wisconsin is to support leaders in the New North area to reach their full potential, where each leader crafts their own ‘artistry from within’ to nurture, develop and support others within their families and within their gifted organizations.”

In addition to her programming design skills, Angela has extensive experience in organizational and staff development from Fox Valley Technical College, as well as consulting and strategic planning from Gehl Co., Westra Construction and Humana Inc. 

Angela is currently enrolled as a doctoral student in the area of leadership studies at Marian University. Her current and previous experiences, as well as her visible passion for developing exceptional leaders, allows the entire New North community to greatly benefit from Angela’s leadership talents.

Marshalek is a certified user of the HOGAN Leadership and CEL.360 assessment tools and is a certified Center for Exceptional Leadership coach.
